Conditions for all EasyRoll Contracts:
The vendor reserves himself the right to make minor changes to his offer. The V.A.T. of 16% is included and will be shown separately on the invoice.
We will inform you in case of major delivery bottlenecks and in this case we can unilaterally withdraw from the agreement - without further mutual claims.
Unused products may be returned within two weeks (for a full refund) after receipt of invoice. The client has to pay the return transport. The transfer of risks begins with delivery. The transport is covered by insurance.
The vendor guarantees that the EasyRoll products at the transfer of risks are free from material and manufacturing defects and have the warranted attributes. A 12 months warranty from date of delivery is attached.
All contracts will be based on German law.
Place of fulfillment and place of jurisdiction is Munich.
